Futureheads is partnered with a leading tech consultancy that specialises in delivering complex and high-impact projects within central government.
They’re looking for a Senior BA with prior gov experience; somebody who can hit the ground running and join a significant ongoing programme of work with one of their biggest clients.
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Worked at a Senior or Lead level, where you've needed to take a prominent role in Agile ceremonies, owned workstreams, and mentored other BAs.
- Digital transformation experience.
- Confident with fast-paced discovery projects.
- Exposure to service design teams.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, capturing and visualizing information quickly, and with attention to detail.
- Able to present findings in documentation and support with backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Prior gov / public sector experience.
- SC eligible.
