We are working with an organisation undergoing a major, multi-year transformation programme and they're looking for an experienced Senior Business Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Business Design & Architecture function, where you'll help build and lead a high-performing Business Architecture practice from the ground up. You'll have the chance to influence enterprise-wide transformation, establish best practice, and lead a team of Business Architects delivering change across people, process, technology, data and operating models.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of Business Architects
- Building and embedding a Business Architecture practice, frameworks and methodologies
- Designing and assuring transformation solutions across complex change programmes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and professional services partners
- Driving operational excellence and future-ready business capabilities
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive senior-level Business Architecture experience within large, complex organisations
- Experience building or maturing Business Architecture capabilities and practices
- Strong people leadership and team development experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering transformation across business, technology and operating model change
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential
