Join our team at L&Q:

We have recently established a new Business Design and Architecture team at L&Q, which forms a core part of our Group Transformation and Change team. This new function provides critical support and expertise to our multi year, multi million pound investment in transforming L&Q. Our transformation and change portfolio spans full operating model change across the Group. It’s service design led, and will deliver transformation to ways of working, process, team structures, systems, data and reporting, enabling organisational performance, efficiency and agility, and setting L&Q up well for the future.

A key part of our new Business Design and Architecture team is a dedicated Business Architecture practice. This team will provide full architectural capability across all disciplines, supported by discipline experts in these spaces; process, people, technology, data and information. The team will focus on ensuring that our as-is business architecture is understood and used as a robust baseline for change, and that our future architecture is codified to enable our organisation to be agile and efficient when change is required in future; in effect, helping to systemise change and deliver operational excellence in all that we do as an organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
