About TrueVantage

TrueVantage is a UK ERP consultancy based in Essex, founded in 2018 and one of very few UK partners certified in both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Oracle NetSuite. Our growing team of consultants helps SMB and mid-market organisations across professional services, SaaS, e-commerce and distribution get real value from their ERP investment. We are big enough to deliver complex projects and small enough that every consultant has a genuine voice in how we work.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to own the functional delivery of BC implementation projects from start to finish, and to play a leading role in our pre-sales activity. You will be the person clients trust to understand their business, shape the solution and guide their teams through to go-live. Just as importantly, you will be the person who shows prospective clients, with confidence and clarity, what Business Central can do for them.

What you will be doing

Implementation delivery

  • Leading requirements workshops and translating business processes into clear, practical Business Central solutions.
  • Producing and agreeing solution designs, deciding where standard functionality, ISV solutions or development are the right answer.
  • Configuring the solution within our delivery approach, where build overlaps design so clients see and give feedback on their system early.
  • Planning and running data migration: mapping, cleansing guidance, configuration packages and validation.
  • Designing and delivering end user and key user training that builds real confidence and adoption.
  • Supporting clients through system and user acceptance testing, and managing issues to resolution.
  • Supporting go-live and hypercare, with a smooth handover to our support team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
