Senior Business Central Support Consultant

Senior Business Central Support Consultant required to join an established technology consultancy based in Gateshead (remote with occasional travel).

This is a support role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular emphasis on ERP platforms such as Dynamics NAV and Business Central. You'll be responsible for supporting a variety of customers across their live environments, troubleshooting escalated 2nd line issues and helping users get the most from their systems.

The Organisation

This is an established technology consultancy specialising in Microsoft business applications, working with customers across a range of sectors to deliver and support business-critical technology solutions.

The business has a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their systems. As the customer base continues to grow, they're looking to strengthen their dedicated support capability with someone who can provide reliable, high-quality application support.

The support team is currently small, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to have a genuine impact on how the function develops. There are plans in place for this function to grow significantly in the near future, so there is genuine opportunity to progress to a Team Lead position when the team grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
