Senior Business Change Manager
Cambridgeshire (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)
£85,000 + Benefits
THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT SO IDEALLY SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE OR ON A SHORT NOTICE PERIOD
I'm currently partnering with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation and change. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to lead and embed business change across a portfolio of high-profile transformation initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior change professional who thrives in complex global environments and enjoys working closely with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and lasting business outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end change strategy for large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring change is understood, adopted, and successfully embedded across the organisation. You'll partner with senior leaders, programme teams, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business change activities across complex transformation programmes
- Develop and execute change strategies, communications, and engagement plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness planning
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and business communities
- Design and coordinate training, coaching, and adoption initiatives
- Track change adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation
- Provide strategic advice to programme teams and executive stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading business change within large, complex transformation programmes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience delivering cultural, behavioural, and organisational change
- Ability to create practical change plans and drive adoption across diverse business areas
- Experience working within large, global organisations
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, pace, and commercial awareness
