As a Senior Business Change Project Manager based in London
You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of transformative projects within the UK Transformation & Change team. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with technology PMs to bring innovative platforms into both internal operations and client-facing environments. You will guide projects through their entire lifecycle—from initial strategy formulation.

To excel as a Senior Business Change Project Manager in this organisation's UK Transformation & Change team, you will bring:
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within Financial Services.
- Background should include guiding initiatives from conception through completion while balancing commercial objectives against risk management requirements.
- Advanced communication skills that foster trust among colleagues at all levels—whether negotiating solutions or presenting progress updates.
- Manage multiple projects including AI-related initiatives, process improvements, and operating model redesign.
- People-focused and business-oriented rather than IT-focused.
- Experience delivering or leading projects within Financial Services environments is essential for this role as it ensures familiarity with industry-specific challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully completing full project lifecycles from inception through implementation demonstrates your dependability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional distributed teams collaboratively towards shared objectives is vital for fostering interdependence among colleagues.
- Experience liaising directly with senior stakeholders ensures you can navigate complex organisational dynamics with sensitivity.
- Commercial awareness—including expertise in project change management—enables you to manage budgets effectively while responding responsibly to evolving requirements.
