Senior Business Coach

We are one of the UK's leading SME business coaching and consulting firms, working with owners of businesses to grow profitability, build asset value, and strengthen their teams. We largely work with England based businesses and business owners across sectors, with a few clients in the rest of the world.

We are now looking for a Senior Business Coach to manage and build a portfolio of clients and help them achieve measurable, evidence-based results. While the core role will be focused on helping clients achieve results, it will also require building relationships and partnerships that grow our reach and network. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who has grown or built a business themselves and now wants to bring that experience to coaching others.

What you'll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, delivering coaching that produces real, measurable growth in profitability, asset value, and team performance
  • Build strong client retention and grow your portfolio through referrals
  • Develop strategic partnerships that generate ongoing introductions and opportunities for the firm
  • Represent the business at networking events, webinars, and business forums

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
