The Role
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will sit at the heart of client engagements, translating business ambition into deliverable digital solutions. You will work directly with client stakeholders, architects, UX designers and development teams, shaping capability roadmaps and product backlogs that drive real commercial outcomes. This suits someone from either a Business Analyst or Product Owner background, who is comfortable owning ambiguity, thrives working independently across concurrent projects, and wants their expertise to sit alongside cutting-edge cloud-native technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings and workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into a well-defined capability roadmap, product backlog, epics and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams, QA, project managers and client product owners to prepare user stories for development
- Guide clients in shaping robust business capability models and operational processes
- Partner with UX designers and UI engineers to shape seamless user interactions and customer journeys
- Produce clear, high-quality documentation that guides development and supports clients throughout delivery
- Contribute to and refine the internal knowledge and accelerator library
- Own sprint deliverables independently, managing your own time across multiple concurrent projects
What You'll Need
Essential:
- 5+ years' experience in a professional consulting environment, or in-house as a Business Analyst or Product Owner delivering to enterprise-scale stakeholders
- 3+ years' experience in digital commerce as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, either client-facing or in-house
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Experience with tier 1 enterprise clients or stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, user story writing and backlog management skills
- Good understanding of the full project life cycle
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload across concurrent projects
- Based in the UK or Northern Ireland, with the right to work

Desirable:
- Previous experience with MACH architecture applications and omni-channel commerce
- Exposure to CDP, ML and data lakes, SEO and web analytics, or CMS, DAM and PIM platforms
- Understanding of event-based system integrations, particularly AWS and Azure
- Experience using AI tools such as Bolt, V0 or Lovable to rapidly prototype and validate concepts with stakeholders
- Recognised BA or Agile certification, such as the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM1)
