Are you an experienced business change professional looking to make a real impact across Defence and National Security programmes?
Join the Secure Team within ADS Consulting, where you'll help clients solve complex challenges, deliver transformation initiatives and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence. Demand for our consulting services continues to grow, and we're building our consulting capability to support exciting opportunities across the Aerospace, Defence and Security sector.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages continuous learning, knowledge sharing and professional development.
This role is based on customer sites in Cheltenham, working full time on site within highly secure environments.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical programmes that support some of the UK's most important national objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering business change, transformation and service improvement engagements across Defence and National Security clients.
- Supporting the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions.
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and discovery sessions to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Producing high-quality client deliverables, recommendations and reports.
- Supporting business development activities, including proposals, opportunity shaping and client engagement.
- Contributing to consulting methodologies, best practice frameworks and capability development across the ADS Consulting practice.

What you'll bring:
- Active Enhanced Developed Vetting clearance.
- Experience delivering business change, transformation, business analysis or consulting assignments.
- Experience working within Defence, Security, Government, Policing or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience facilitating workshops and discovery activities.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capability.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of client and business needs.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience supporting the adoption of emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Experience contributing to bids, proposals or business development activities.
- Experience supporting capability development, knowledge sharing or mentoring activities.
- Professional qualifications in business change, project management or business analysis disciplines.

Employment Details:
- Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Location: Cheltenham.
- Security Clearance Level: Active Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) clearance.
- Internal Recruiter: Soraya.
- Salary: £50,000 to £70,000.
- Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the choice to buy additional days, health cash plan, life assurance, and pension.
