Job Title: Senior Business Data Analyst

Location: Wimpole Street, London
Working Hours: 5 days per week
Industry: Wellness and Longevity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with expertise in data analytics to support and drive business strategies, operational efficiency, and clinical performance across both B2C and B2B segments. Based in either our London or Dubai office, this role offers exposure to a diverse, international team working at the forefront of health and wellness innovation. The ideal candidate will leverage multiple data sources and analytical tools to gather, interpret, and present insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and analyse data from Odoo ERP/CRM and custom clinical CRM systems.
  • Monitor, track, and report digital performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Develop, maintain, and update interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualise key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse marketing campaigns to optimise ROI.
  • Create clear, concise documentation and presentations for stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist teams in defining and monitoring KPIs to align initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (experience with Odoo is a plus), GA4, Power BI, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills with a solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and digital marketing analytics is advantageous.
  • Experience in Python is a plus but not required.
