Senior Business Development Consultant - Commercial Technology & Digital Transformation (Life Sciences)
Overview
MSI Pharma is looking for two Senior Business Development Consultants to help build and expand our specialist Commercial Technology & Digital Transformation practice within the Life Sciences sector globally.
As the Life Sciences sector continues to invest in CRM modernisation, omnichannel engagement, Data & AI, and digital transformation initiatives, we are expanding our capability to support clients through both specialist staffing and consulting solutions.
We partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and healthcare organisations delivering large-scale transformation programmes across CRM, omnichannel engagement, commercial excellence, Data & AI, clinical technology and business change initiatives. Our goal is to become a leading specialist partner in Life Sciences Technology across multiple regions.
This role is responsible for identifying new clients, developing strategic relationships, and creating opportunities across digital transformation and technology-led programmes. You will play a key role in shaping MSI Pharma's growth strategy and helping establish our position within this rapidly evolving market.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting services
- Experience working within Life Sciences, Digital Transformation, Technology, or Consulting environments
- Demonstrable success in generating new business and developing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new client opportunities across Life Sciences and Technology markets
- Building relationships with hiring managers, project leaders, and senior decision-makers
- Leading discovery calls, client meetings, and commercial discussions
- Developing opportunities across permanent recruitment, contract staffing, SOW engagements and managed solutions
- Developing consulting, project delivery, and staffing opportunities
- Working closely with recruitment and delivery teams to provide tailored client solutions
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and supporting revenue growth
- Representing MSI Pharma through networking, industry events, and market engagement activities
