Senior Business Development Director (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Director, you would be responsible for:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and CRO sectors.
- Grow and manage strategic and existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Support leadership in achieving commercial objectives and identifying opportunities to improve products, services, and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor by bringing market insights and challenging existing approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience with responsibility for achieving commercial targets.
- Proven experience working with large pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology, CROs, or the broader life sciences industry.
- Experience across key commercial and marketing disciplines, including communications, demand generation, and product marketing, in international markets.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale patient recruitment campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing commercial or marketing talent is an advantage.
- Self-driven, strategic, and customer-focused with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
