Senior Business Development Executive (Fixed Term, 12-Month Contract)
About the Role
We are now recruiting for a Senior Business Development (BD) Executive based in Birmingham, on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within our Clients and Markets team.
This role involves collaborating closely with our Retail & Leisure and Pensions teams, focusing on developing and supporting high-quality marketing collateral that contributes to client strategy and sector priorities.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced candidate with a background in law or professional services, who demonstrates:
- Self-motivation, positivity, tenacity, and a can-do attitude
- Collaborative teamwork, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinking to align objectives and deliver persuasive solutions
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and introduce innovative approaches
Qualifications & Skills
- License to work in Birmingham, England
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset, including consideration of different perspectives to drive agreement
- Excellent grammar, communication, and presentation skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced analytics and data visualisation a plus)
- Marketing knowledge or qualifications considered advantageous (not essential)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively supporting the client strategy aligned with Recruitment & Retention (UK) priorities
- Creating and enhancing marketing materials, including:
- Collateral (brochures, presentations, reports)
- Social media content (AIG, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Internal email communications (일을 진행하기 위해)
- Potential website collaborations
- Maintaining a database of potential clients and market intelligence
- Contributing to the development of creative branding and strategy initiatives
- Liaising between practice leaders and para-legal teams
- Assisting with initiatives designed to build the firm’s brand, reconcile data, and improve stakeholder relations
