Senior Business Development Executive - Education Partnerships (Schools | Local Authorities)

Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home) | National Travel | £38,000 Base + Commission (OTE £50,000–£55,000)

Help more children access the education they deserve.

We’re working with an award-winning organisation that’s transforming access to specialist SEND education across the UK. As demand continues to grow, they’re looking to appoint two Senior Business Development Executives to help expand their partnerships across the education sector.

Both roles focus on building long-term relationships, winning new business and helping more children and young people access high-quality specialist tuition.

Please note: Applications without previous SEND, alternative provision or educational sector experience will not be progressed. Must be able to work in Surrey office 4 days a week.

There are two opportunities available:

Senior Business Development Executive - School Partnerships

Working with schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts, you’ll develop new relationships while growing existing partnerships across the education sector. You’ll engage with Headteachers, SENCOs, Trust leaders and other senior stakeholders, helping schools access specialist SEND tuition for pupils who need additional support.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the UK schools market and has experience selling into schools or MATs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
