Senior Business Development Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Executive to join one of the UK’s leading corporate law firms with offices based in the heart of the City.
What’s On Offer:
- Salary to £50,000
- 50% hybrid working pattern, typically 2–3 days per week in the office

Senior Business Development Executive – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with the BD Manager, Team Partners and Sector Heads, playing a key role in driving profile-raising, client development, campaigns, events and strategic business development initiatives across a portfolio of strategically important sectors and practice areas, including Education, Sports, Media & Creative, Employment and Immigration.
- Support the BDM in developing and delivering practice and sector business plans.
- Build strong knowledge of clients, markets and strategic priorities, identifying opportunities for client development and cross-selling.
- Analyse market, client and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead selected BD initiatives and campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and use client insight to support targeted BD activity.
- Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, pitches, credentials and marketing collateral.
- Support partners and fee-earners with BD initiatives and capture actions from BD and client strategy meetings.
- Develop and manage client and sector events, including roundtables, conferences, webinars and networking opportunities, with effective follow-up.
- Work with partners, sector teams and the BDM on integrated campaigns to raise profile, strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth.
- Support digital and social media activity, ensuring website and intranet content is current and engaging.
- Assist with e-marketing campaigns, newsletters and e-briefs, including GDPR compliance and performance reporting.

Senior Business Development Executive – What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Development / Marketing role within a law firm.
- Experience supporting sector-focused initiatives, ideally with exposure to Education, Sport, Media & Creative, Employment or Immigration markets.
- Strong IT and CRM skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database / CRM systems.
