Senior Business Development Coordinator

Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: 50-60k

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Coordinator to join its Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to support strategic marketing and business development initiatives across international offices while collaborating with senior stakeholders throughout the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Development Directors, Managers, Practice Group Leadership, Marketing Services, PR, and Events teams to execute business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of client pitches, proposals, presentations, and formal RFP responses.
  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and prospective client research to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain and update practice area marketing materials, rankings submissions, matter descriptions, and related content.
  • Draft, update, and maintain attorney biographies and other profile materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of client-facing events.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' business development or marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM/contact management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
