Senior Business Development Executive — RADA Business

London (Hybrid) | Salary (£40-45,000)

Take ownership of commercial growth at a brand like no other.

We are working with RADA Business, to help them find a Senior Business Development Executive to join their new commercial team.

RADA Business helps leaders and teams at some of the world's most recognised organisations, communicate and perform at their best, and they are entering an exciting new phase of growth.

They are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to take a leading role in their new commercial team. You'll spend around 60% of your time owning a portfolio of inbound opportunities, leading discovery conversations, shaping compelling proposals and converting enquiries into long-term client relationships. The other 40% you'll partner with their Strategic Team to grow their highest-value accounts through account planning, proposal development and procurement and tender responses.

Who you are:

  • You have 4–7 years in a client-facing commercial role
  • You have a proven track record in consultative selling and business development
  • You're comfortable navigating contracts, tenders, and procurement processes
  • You deliver against targets
  • You take genuine pride in helping colleagues and clients succeed
