Description

Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. From personalised music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams to artist merch, Amazon Music is innovating at some of the most exciting intersections of music and culture.

Amazon Music is looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will own and scale mobile and growth partnerships that represent the largest driver of BD-led customer acquisition for Amazon Music. You will manage a portfolio of high-impact partnerships across mobile device manufacturers and growth channels, optimise existing deals, negotiate commercial terms that drive mutual value, and identify new opportunities to expand Amazon Music’s growth globally.

This is an opportunity to shape how millions of customers discover Amazon Music, work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, and build relationships from operational contacts through to senior executives. If you thrive managing multiple complex partnerships simultaneously and are energised by turning partner relationships into measurable customer growth, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partner stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Define and track success metrics across the partner portfolio; present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Stay current on mobile ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging distribution models to inform partnership strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
