About the Job
This is a strategic and commercially focused leadership role combining sector marketing, business development, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping growth initiatives, strengthening market presence, and developing relationships with priority clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Consumer sector growth strategy, identifying market trends, client opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with senior sector leaders to shape service offerings, products, and go-to-market initiatives that drive client engagement and revenue growth.
- Act as a sector subject matter expert, collaborating with international stakeholders to promote capabilities and strengthen cross-border opportunities.
- Develop and implement client and market plans, leveraging insights from specialist practice groups to support strategic growth objectives.
- Manage and develop key client relationships, identifying opportunities for retention, expansion, and cross-selling across the wider business.
- Drive pipeline development and business development activity, providing strategic input on opportunities, pursuits, and pitches.
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns targeting priority clients and market segments, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with sector priorities.
- Build strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders globally while leading and developing a small marketing and business development team.

- Significant experience in a senior marketing and business development role within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sector, client, or market growth strategies.
- Strong client development and key account management experience with a commercial and revenue-focused mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior leadership level.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business development outcomes.
- Previous team management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring individuals.
- Strong communication, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working within an international or matrix-led organisation would be advantageous.
