Senior New Business Manager (Production agency)
Full or part time
£40-60k depending on set up, strong commission
Hybrid (one day a week meet ups with the Founder)
We're partnering with a fabulous content and post-production agency that is redefining how brands and agencies create content at scale.
With an impressive client roster and a reputation for delivering exceptional creative work, they're looking for an experienced Senior New Business Manager to drive the next stage of growth.
This isn't a traditional sales role focused on high-volume outreach and KPIs - it's a strategic, relationship-led position for someone with an established network across vertical sectors, strong commercial instincts and a talent for turning conversations into opportunities. The ideal person will also have some hands-on production experience too.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Working directly with the Founder, you'll play a key role in identifying, opening and converting new business opportunities across agencies, brands and production partners. Using your existing network to create introductions, spot emerging opportunities and help shape the agency's future growth strategy. Ideal contacts could be in retail, beauty, tech, FMCG and consumer electronics and similar.
We’re keen to hear from people with proven success in a new business, growth, partnerships or commercial role within a creative, production, media or agency environment. Even better if you also have hands-on experience in production alongside business development.
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate how creative agencies, brands and production teams operate and have a genuine curiosity about the evolving content landscape and the role AI will play within it.
