Senior Business Development Manager

Home based in the UK - UK travel
£60,000 - £75,000 basic (D.O.E) + car allowance + uncapped commission

About the Company

Furza are recruiting for an established business that helps large organisations keep critical parts available to their field teams. Its technology-enabled services tackle a time-sensitive problem: when an engineer cannot get the right part, a customer job can stall. With new solutions and markets in development, there is scope to help shape the next stage of UK growth.

About the Role

You will own new business from first conversation to signed contract. You will create your own opportunities, question how prospects operate and turn operational problems into credible proposals. The work spans smaller deals that can close quickly and substantial tenders with longer decision cycles. You will work across several sectors and with colleagues to tailor solutions for each customer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
