Responsibilities

• Spend your first 4-6 months building your client portfolio before progressing into a leadership position and building a team from Q2 2027 onwards.
• Deliver end-to-end creative, production, and post-production services for some of the world's leading brands.
• Combine strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution.
• Work across everything from TV commercials and branded content to social campaigns, digital films, podcasts, and photography.
• Embrace AI across production and post-production workflows.

Your Role

This is a proactive new business and client growth role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, and building commercially valuable partnerships. You'll have the freedom to identify your own target market, create your own go-to-market strategy, and own the full business development process from prospecting through to pitch, negotiation, and ongoing account growth.
