About the Role

You know medical imaging sales takes patience, credibility, and the ability to keep complex deals moving. You’ve got a clinical background, a few years in sales, and you’re confident building relationships with the people who influence major buying decisions.

This role is about creating momentum. Opening strategic opportunities, selling advanced imaging technology, and staying close to customers throughout long sales cycles. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your approach, backed by a business that understands the support needed to win properly.

For someone who enjoys new business, values strong clinical conversations, and wants to see their work translate into real commercial growth, this is a chance to take on more ownership and build something meaningful.

  • Responsible for growing sales across your assigned market, winning new business and developing key accounts within specialist IT, hardware and AV solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within your target market
  • Build relationships with end users, channel partners and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to purchase order
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Deliver tailored proposals, presentations, training and product demonstrations
  • Work with technical colleagues to support demos, proof-of-concepts and solution briefings
  • Support customers through the full sales lifecycle, from concept through to delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations and sales forecasts
  • Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging technology opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Service and Business Support teams
  • Work towards personal KPIs, team targets and wider business growth goals

You’ll play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across the UK market, building long-term customer relationships and turning technical capability into clear commercial value.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have a strong track record in new business development
  • Have experience selling IT, hardware or AV solutions
  • Understand how to sell through channel partners while engaging directly with end users
  • Can build credibility with senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • Are commercially minded and able to present clear value to customers
  • Can manage a pipeline, forecast accurately and keep CRM records up to date
  • Are confident delivering presentations, pitches and product demonstrations
  • Build strong relationships across customers, partners and internal teams
  • Are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Can manage regular UK travel, with occasional overnight stays
  • Hold a clean, valid driving licence
  • Ideally have experience in healthcare, enterprise, creative or other specialist technology markets
