Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: London, UK (hybrid with 3 days a week in the office)

The Opportunity

Executive Integrity is pleased to be partnering with one of the leaders in Maritime Technology as they expand their international presence within the Port and Terminal space. They transformed their go to market function to focus hunters on greenfield growth, and dedicated managers on retention. This role is the hunter seat: a licence to build a ports and terminals franchise across EMEA, backed by a platform already trusted around the world on marine assurance, safety, ESG and risk. It is a pivotal hire in one of its highest potential segments.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Build and own a targeted portfolio of top-tier ports and terminals, converting relationships into signed, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across oil and gas and dry bulk terminal operators, structuring commercial models across product lines.
  • Act as the senior commercial voice for ports and terminals across EMEA, shaping strategy with the Head of Commercial and CCO.
  • Translate regulatory and ESG pressure into board-level cases that win budget from C-suite decision-makers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like

  • A credible network already inside ports and terminals, particularly oil and gas or dry bulk operators.
  • Rigorous pipeline discipline: proper forecasting and CRM management, not relationship management alone.
  • A track record backed by numbers, not adjectives.
