Who Are IFZA?

IFZA (International Free Zone Authority) is one of the UAE’s leading Free Zones, headquartered in Dubai. We help entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporates worldwide establish their presence in the UAE – from company formation and licensing to visa and corporate services. To further build our partner model and to manage direct client business in the UK market, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team in London.

Position Overview

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the strategic build-out and scaling of IFZA’s partner network in the United Kingdom while managing a high-value direct client portfolio. You will be a driving force for IFZA in the UK market, working closely with the Head of BD – UK and the wider International Business Development team, and carrying revenue responsibility for your portfolio.

Partner Model

  • Build, activate and develop a network of channel partners (corporate service providers, tax and accounting firms, law firms, consultancies, family offices) across the UK market.
  • Negotiate and close partner agreements and shape incentive and commission structures.
  • Onboard, enable and manage partner performance (target-setting, KPIs, quarterly reviews).
  • Identify and open new strategic partner segments.

Direct Client Business

  • Own the full direct sales pipeline – from lead qualification through to close.
  • Advise demanding B2B and B2C clients on IFZA solutions (company formation, licensing structures, holding and real estate structures).
  • Build long-term client relationships and unlock cross- and up-sell potential.

Market & Growth

  • Contribute to the UK market strategy and 12-month roadmap in coordination with the Head of Business Development for the UK.
  • Represent IFZA at trade shows, events and networking functions across the UK.
  • Support and mentor junior team members as the UK team grows.
  • Maintain clean pipeline and forecast management in the CRM (Zoho).

What Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development, channel sales or partner management – ideally in corporate services, professional services, financial services or an adjacent field.
  • A proven track record in both building partner networks and winning direct new business.
  • Business-fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen and a self-driven working style.
  • Strong understanding of international corporate structures; knowledge of UAE / Free Zone topics is a clear advantage.
  • An existing UK network is desirable; willingness to travel (including to Dubai).
