The Opportunity

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across key industry sectors.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you will identify opportunities, challenge traditional approaches and work with customers to solve complex supply chain and field service challenges. You'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to build a high-value pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identifying and winning new business across key target sectors.
  • Leading bids, tenders and commercial proposals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them transform their supply chain and field service operations.
  • Creating compelling business cases and solution proposals.
  • Building strong networks through industry events, partnerships and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce.
  • Supporting market intelligence and go-to-market activities in new sectors and territories.
  • Delivering impactful presentations, demonstrations and executive-level discussions.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of generating new business and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Experience selling solution-based services or technology.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within field service, logistics, supply chain or technology sectors.
  • Exposure to Public Sector, Industrial & Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Utilities, Telecoms, Healthcare, Transport or Infrastructure markets.
  • Experience using Salesforce and AI-enabled sales tools.

You'll be naturally curious, commercially minded and energised by the challenge of winning new business. You enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders, challenging conventional thinking and developing innovative solutions that create genuine value for customers.

You'll be resilient, driven and comfortable operating autonomously whilst also contributing positively as part of a high-performing team.
