The Role
As Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business growth through proactive outbound sales activity
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers across target markets
- Leading discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and objectives
- Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
- Negotiating commercial agreements and closing high-value opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and leadership teams to maximise growth opportunities
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Providing market insight and contributing to the wider sales strategy

You'll likely have:
- A strong track record in a Senior Business Development, New Business Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Account Executive role
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions
- Demonstrable success in generating and closing new business opportunities
- A genuine hunter mentality with a proactive and persistent approach
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition to maximise earnings
