Senior Business Development Manager – MSSP
London hybrid
Up to £80k base + uncapped commission
If you’re the kind of salesperson who spots an opportunity before anyone else does and closes it with confidence, pace, and precision, this one’s for you.
DigiTech are partnered with a leading MSSP who are scaling fast and investing heavily in top-tier sales talent. They want a Senior BDM who knows the MSP/MSSP world inside out, understands how to build pipeline, and thrives in high energy, high reward environments.
The Role
You’ll be the engine behind new revenue growth, identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients. This isn’t a “wait for leads” role. It’s for someone who loves the chase, owns the strategy, and builds relationships that turn into long-term recurring revenue.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
