Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager, Sectors
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to join a market-leading global law firm in a highly visible Senior Manager role. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, translating commercial objectives into impactful marketing and business development programmes. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee major cross-sector initiatives and collaborate closely with partners and business leaders across multiple practice groups and regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior sector and firm leadership to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership programmes and market-facing initiatives.
- Drive collaboration across sectors, practices and international teams to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Support strategic client development activity, including key client initiatives, high-value pitches and business opportunities.
- Use market, client and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
- Enhance processes, operating models and ways of working to improve effectiveness and scalability.
- Manage, mentor and develop a talented Marketing & BD team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

About You
You will be an accomplished Marketing & Business Development leader with experience gained within legal, accountancy, consulting or wider professional services environments.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Significant Marketing & Business Development experience within a legal environment
- Strong strategic and commercial awareness with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns, client development initiatives and thought leadership programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach combined with the ability to operate independently when required.
