Business Development Manager
Join a long-established medical technology manufacturer with ambitious UK growth plans. New business-focused surgical sales role across Southeast England.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop new business across a portfolio of surgical technologies, including dissection and sealing devices, smoke evacuation, and electrosurgical generators. You'll target NHS hospitals across surgery, oncology, and bronchoscopy, working with surgeons, ODPs, scrub nurses, theatre managers, and procurement teams. The role is heavily focused on winning new accounts and developing market share.

The Location
Southeast England, with a particular focus on London. Candidates should ideally be commutable to London.
Requirements
- Proven medical device sales experience, ideally surgical
- Strong track record of winning new accounts
- Experience selling a mix of capital equipment and consumables
- Resilient, ambitious, and commercially driven
The Package
- £60,000-£70,000 basic + £25,000 OTE
- Electric company car
- Laptop
- Mobile
- 25 days' holiday
