If you are a senior sales / BDM within commercial & industrial Solar, are looking for a step up in not just company but earning potential, then this will interest you.

The package?

  • £60,000 - 65,000 + car allowance (£6000)
  • Uncapped and very lucrative commission - realistic OTE when settled is £150,000 (based on others there)
  • Flexible/remote working - work from home when not in the field (offices across the UK to visit when you choose or team meeting needs) - you can be based anywhere in the UK.

The company?

  • These guys are not just a very well established EPC installer/developer but they are their own PPA fund; the MD has self raised/funded a £150 million pot for all PPA deals - meaning you can be far more flexible and agile when selling/pitching.
  • They have the most competitive, and fastest, PPA offering on the market and are stealing business from all the top players (happy to expand on the phone).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
