Senior Business Development Manager Role
HQ: London
About Our Client
Our client is a global network infrastructure and connectivity specialist trusted by over 600 of the world's most data-intensive businesses. Their client base spans the full breadth of financial services — banks, hedge funds, trading firms, exchanges and market infrastructure providers — and their product suite covers ultra-low latency connectivity, private line networking, cloud infrastructure, proximity hosting and managed services. This is mission-critical infrastructure for firms where milliseconds matter and downtime simply isn't an option.
The Role
This is a pure new business role. We're looking for a driven, well-networked BDM to identify, pursue and close new logo opportunities across financial services — targeting banks, trading firms, hedge funds, exchanges and financial platforms. You'll be selling a genuinely differentiated infrastructure proposition into senior technical and commercial stakeholders, with the full support of a world-class engineering and solutions team behind you. This is a relationship-led, consultative sale with real complexity and real reward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
