About The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in retaining, growing and shaping Practice Plus Group IUC services. Working across Integrated Urgent Care, including NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Services, GP Out of Hours, urgent treatment and single point of access pathways, you’ll help secure and develop services that support patients to access the right care at the right time.
This is a high-impact position at the heart of the Business Development team, where you’ll collaborate with operational, clinical, commercial, finance and support colleagues to identify opportunities, develop winning strategies and lead high-quality responses to contract retention and growth opportunities.

Success in the role depends on your ability to build trusted relationships, bring people together around shared goals and turn service insight into compelling, commercially sound proposals. You’ll work with commissioners, partners and stakeholders across complex healthcare systems, helping shape services before opportunities formally come to market.

This is a full-time, permanent position that is remote-based, with occasional travel to our head office in Theale, Reading.
