About the Role
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join and strengthen our UK Sales Team.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics industry. In this role, you will drive new business development, build and expand strategic client relationships, and deliver customized fulfillment and logistics solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of 3PL operations, a well-established network within the industry, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing mid-to-large-sized accounts. You will take a proactive, consultative approach to sales, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to play a key role in expanding our worldwide market presence, developing strategic accounts, and driving sustainable business growth.
Responsibility
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring mid-to-large-sized clients within the 3PL, fulfillment, and logistics market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account acquisition plans aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Leverage your industry network to generate leads, build partnerships, and expand market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Solutions, Customer Service, and other internal teams to develop tailored and scalable client solutions.
- Understand and utilize company pricing, operational processes, and fulfillment capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions beyond price competition.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans through CRM.
- Support client onboarding, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling to build long-term partnerships.

Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large-scale clients, with consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of 3PL operations, fulfillment solutions, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain services.
- Established network and relationships within the 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to negotiation, closing, and account growth.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Strategic thinker with a long-term partnership mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
