At Everyturn Mental Health, we're driven by a simple ambition: to ensure people can access the right support, at the right time, in a way that makes them feel understood.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Business Development Team and play a pivotal role in delivering our growth ambitions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled business development professional to help secure new opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support the expansion of high-quality mental health services that make a real difference to people's lives.

This is a remote role, however there is some travel required, particularly to the North East. If you are based in the North East, working hybrid is an option.

About the role

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll lead the development of compelling bids, proposals and new business opportunities that support Everyturn's continued growth and impact. Working collaboratively with colleagues across clinical, operational and corporate services, you'll identify, develop and secure opportunities that align with our strategic objectives and help us reach more people who need mental health support.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification and strategic planning through to submission and review, ensuring high-quality, competitive responses that showcase Everyturn's expertise and values. The role also plays a key part in market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, partnership development and strengthening our overall business development approach.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the development of high-quality bids, tenders, proposals and presentations.
  • Identifying and progressing new business opportunities through market research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing a pipeline of opportunities and supporting strategic growth plans.
  • Using data, insight and market intelligence to inform business development activity.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of bid management processes and resources.
  • Coaching and supporting colleagues to enhance bid development capability across the organisation.
  • Ensuring quality, compliance and consistency across all submissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
