Our client is a dynamic payment orchestration platform that optimizes payment flows for online businesses through intelligent routing and real-time analytics. Serving mid-market and enterprise clients globally, they provide secure transaction solutions, particularly for high-risk sectors like iGaming. With headquarters in Lithuania and offices in Malta and Cyprus, they maintain R&D centers in Poland and Georgia.
Role Overview
Join a fully remote team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to drive growth by sourcing and converting new clients and partners across international markets. You'll own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and closing deals, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies and capitalize on market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by sourcing, qualifying, and converting new clients and partners across international markets.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and C-level decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals focused on long-term value and revenue growth.
- Own the business development pipeline and results, consistently identifying new opportunities and achieving agreed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals and market trends.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management within Fintech, Payments, Banking, iGaming, Crypto, Forex, or similar B2B industries.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreement.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience communicating and closing deals with senior and C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the pipeline, commercial negotiations, and business development results.
- Advanced English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage and optimize the sales pipeline.
- Languages: English С1.
