About the Client

Our client is a dynamic payment orchestration platform that optimizes payment flows for online businesses through intelligent routing and real-time analytics. Serving mid-market and enterprise clients globally, they provide secure transaction solutions, particularly for high-risk sectors like iGaming. With headquarters in Lithuania and offices in Malta and Cyprus, they maintain R&D centers in Poland and Georgia.

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and highly autonomous Senior Business Development Manager to lead the strategic development, expansion, and optimization of our global banking infrastructure.

In this senior-level role, you will take ownership of our banking partner ecosystem, driving the identification, development, and management of strategic institutional relationships across key international markets. You will play a critical role in shaping our banking strategy, strengthening our partner network, and unlocking new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire process of identifying, engaging, negotiating with, and onboarding new banking and EMI partners across diverse international corporate setups.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with banks, account providers, and other financial institutions, continuously expanding and strengthening the partner network.
  • Develop and manage referral opportunities by connecting corporate clients with relevant banking partners, negotiating revenue-sharing models, and optimizing recurring monthly revenues.
  • Monitor and facilitate the onboarding journey of referred clients, working closely with relevant teams to resolve compliance requirements and minimize the time from referral to revenue generation.
  • Conduct and lead commercial discussions with both prospective and existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable business relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
