Senior Business Development Manager – BPO & Outsourcing
West Bromwich, West Midlands
£60,000 - £70,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£100,000 OTE)
Are you a high-performing Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, building strategic relationships and winning major new business?
Our client is a rapidly growing, family-owned business with an outstanding reputation across logistics and supply chain solutions. They are now launching and expanding their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to some of the UK's largest organisations.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting growth journey, working directly with senior leadership to shape the future of the business. Key Duties
- Identifying opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers and managing the complete sales process from initial introduction through to contract award.
- Developing new business opportunities across the UK.
- Building relationships with Directors, business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Selling tailored Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract completion.
- Generating opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and targeted business development.
- Preparing proposals, presentations and commercial quotations.
- Working closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Developing long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Representing the business at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.

- A proven track record of winning high-value B2B business.
- Experience selling Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), SaaS, Managed Services, Professional Services or other solution-led business services.
- The ability to engage confidently with Directors, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A consultative sales style with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Offering
- £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Realistic £100,000 OTE with uncapped commission
