Help us lead Pilates into the next chapter of UK growth
Your Reformer is a fast-growing global brand bringing the reformer Pilates studio experience into homes and commercial fitness and wellness spaces. Our three business lines are hardware (reformer equipment), software (our digital training platform and app) and education (instructor certification and training). We're scaling internationally with bold ambition, and the UK is a big part of that story.
The role
We're looking for a commercial leader to own and grow our Boutique Studio & Allied Health vertical, with a strong emphasis on driving strategic growth across the UK. You'll shape how we show up in one of our most important markets, deciding where to play, who to partner with and how to turn opportunity into long-term revenue. You'll then extend that success across wider Europe.
This is a true player-coach role. You'll close high-value, multi-line deals yourself while leading and developing and supporting internal team. You'll coach them to build their own pipeline and win in their own right.
You'll report to the Head of Commercial - EMEA, and you'll be a trusted right hand. That means supporting them on more advanced commercial tasks when needed, such as market intelligence, strategic insights and complex negotiations, and picking up pipeline overflow.
What you'll do
Drive UK growth strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
