COMPANY DESCRIPTION
AMC Bridge is a trusted software technology partner for engineering, manufacturing, and construction enterprises, with 25+ years of expertise in industrial software. We build production-ready applications, CAD/PLM/BIM customisations, and AI-enabled solutions for global clients. Our ecosystem partnerships include Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Bentley, and others—which means you'll work with cutting-edge tools and real engineering challenges, not generic IT projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Business Development Manager with AMC Bridge, you will be an integral part of our EMEA team, driving new business growth and cultivating long-term relationships with major accounts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own the full sales cycle, working closely with our technical pre-sales and delivery teams to translate complex client needs into successful consulting-led software development engagements. You will represent AMC Bridge at industry events and contribute to AMC Bridge's growth in the region.
This is a remote, individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Business Development, EMEA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
