Business Development Manager | Large Corporate
£70,000-£85,000 basic + uncapped bonus, car or car allowance and comprehensive benefits. Remote, with regular travel across the UK.
If you're at your best when sitting across the table from senior decision-makers and turning complex fleet requirements into long-term commercial partnerships, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.
You'll join a well-established player in the fleet, leasing and mobility space with genuine market credibility. The role offers the autonomy to build your pipeline, the backing of an experienced leadership team and access to a broad suite of solutions that solve real customer challenges.
This is a position where relationships still matter. You'll spend your time in front of customers, shaping winning strategies and securing high-value corporate accounts rather than being tied to internal process.

What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new large corporate fleet, leasing and mobility business across the UK.
- Building relationships with C-suite stakeholders and guiding opportunities from first conversation through to implementation.
- Developing commercial proposals, presentations and deal strategies that convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Working closely with senior leadership and wider industry networks to maximise sales opportunities.
What You'll Need to Bring
- A strong track record of winning new business within fleet management, leasing or mobility solutions.
- Experience selling into large corporate organisations and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to shape complex deals.
- A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and CRM usage.
