Senior Business Development Manager – Foodservice
£50-55,000 Basic, Lucrative Bonus, Company Car + Benefits

- Very strong in supplying Contract Caterers, Hotels, Restaurants, Gastropubs, Pubs and general hospitality

The Role
- To develop new business with new Key Foodservice accounts on a national basis – both Foodservice End Users & Wholesalers
- To manage a small portfolio of foodservice national accounts
- Accounts will cover a variety of channels – major contract caterers, hotel groups, restaurant groups, pub groups, visitor attractions, holiday parks, wholesalers etc

The Person
- A proactive, proven & successful foodservice sales professional
- Proven track record of developing significant levels of new business with key foodservice accounts – end users and/or wholesalers
- Any food category considered.
- Experience working with grass roots salespeople to ensure effective product pull through
- Can be from a Foodservice Manufacturing or Foodservice Wholesale background
- Very hands on approach – used to working for an SME where there is a lot more autonomy and the requirement to get involved in all areas of the business to ensure effective national account results
- Living – flexible really. South East would be ideal but not essential
