Senior Business Development Manager

Hybrid | Full-time

Basic salary circa £60,000 + tiered commission structure

Flexible working policy

A fast-growing furniture and property staging business is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand its referral network and develop strategic partnerships across the property industry.

Specialising in prime residential staging, developer show homes, multi-unit furnishing projects, and flexible furniture rental, the company helps property professionals create spaces that stand out. Its adaptable approach offers clients solutions tailored to individual properties, portfolios, and changing requirements.

The Opportunity

This is a commercially focused role for an established property professional or business development specialist with a strong industry network.

The successful candidate will take ownership of developing referral relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting introductions into repeat business. Working closely with an experienced sales team, they will help shape the company’s approach to growth, with particular emphasis on relationships with sales and lettings agents.

The role offers scope to influence strategy while remaining closely involved in day-to-day business development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
