Centura FX | London | Full-Time

About Centura FX

Centura FX is an independent foreign exchange and international payments business supporting companies with cross-border payments, currency risk management and wider financial solutions.

As we continue to grow our UK business, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to generate new corporate business, build a strong sales pipeline and develop long-term client relationships.

This is an opportunity for someone with a proven background in corporate FX or international payments sales who wants greater autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of an ambitious business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, winning and developing new corporate clients across the UK and Europe, with a focus on foreign exchange, international payments and related financial solutions.

This is a proactive new-business role with a strong emphasis on cold calling, outbound prospecting and self-generated opportunities. You will be expected to identify target companies, engage decision-makers directly, build your own pipeline and convert opportunities from initial contact through to onboarding and trading.

The role is suited to someone who is highly confident on the phone, commercially driven and comfortable speaking with CFOs, Finance Directors, business owners and treasury teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
