π Senior Business Development Manager β Enterprise SaaS
π Hampshire | Bristol | London | Southampton
π’ Office-based / collaborative working
π° Highly competitive package + uncapped earning potential
π₯ 2 positions available
π Series B | 120% growth this year
This isn't another SaaS sales role.
We're partnering with one of the most exciting high-growth technology businesses in its market β and we're looking for two exceptional Senior Business Development Managers to join them during a major period of scale.
The business is Series B backed, has grown 120% this year, and is building something with genuine purpose: technology that is transforming how organisations across healthcare and social care operate and deliver better outcomes.
The product has traction.
The market opportunity is significant.
The business is scaling.
And the culture is genuinely special.
Now they need experienced enterprise salespeople who want to be part of the next chapter.
π The opportunity
You'll be joining a high-performing commercial team where you'll have the autonomy to build relationships, shape strategic opportunities and close significant enterprise deals.
This is not a high-volume, smile-and-dial sales environment.
You'll work strategically across complex accounts, developing relationships with C-suite and board-level decision makers, understanding their challenges and building long-term commercial partnerships.
You'll own opportunities from initial engagement through complex stakeholder management, procurement, negotiation and ultimately contract signature.
Expect to:
β’ Build and develop a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts
β’ Create sophisticated account plans and identify whitespace opportunities
β’ Develop executive relationships across complex organisations
β’ Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
β’ Build pipeline through relationship-led and account-based selling
β’ Lead major commercial negotiations and protect deal value
β’ Navigate procurement, tenders and formal bid processes
β’ Represent the business at industry events and senior networking forums
β’ Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Delivery
β’ Bring customer and market intelligence directly into commercial strategy

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant β 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
Youβve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon β deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme β client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β and where to focus when applying.
π― Who we're looking for
We're interested in high-calibre enterprise salespeople, not candidates who simply match every keyword on a job description.
You'll probably have experience in Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech, Public Sector Technology, Social Care Technology or another complex B2B technology environment.
More importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate that you've:
β Closed significant, complex enterprise opportunities
β Managed long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
β Built genuine relationships with C-suite and board-level customers
β Created opportunities through strategic account development rather than relying purely on high-volume outbound
β Negotiated commercially strong agreements
β Operated with excellent CRM, forecasting and pipeline discipline
β Built credibility as a trusted advisor rather than simply a salesperson
Experience with healthcare, social care or public-sector procurement would be fantastic β but we're equally interested in exceptional enterprise SaaS sellers who can quickly understand a complex market.
π Why join?
Timing matters when joining a scale-up.

π This could be for you if...
You're performing well where you are β but you're wondering what the next three to five years of your career could look like.
