Genus Logistics acts as a second emergency service for its customers. When an aircraft is grounded, an automotive production line is at risk or a critical component must be delivered without delay, our customers rely on us to respond immediately.

We support airlines, automotive manufacturers, motorsport businesses, freight forwarders and other organisations where delays can quickly result in serious operational and financial consequences.
This is not about selling ordinary transport. It is about building trusted relationships with customers who need an experienced logistics partner capable of responding when every minute matters.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager who can identify those customers, understand their operational pressures and demonstrate how Genus Logistics can keep their aircraft flying, production lines moving and supply chains operating.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
