Job Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven AI Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our newly upgraded translation technology. As a key member of our sales growth engine, you will be responsible for building and scaling our customer base across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to make a significant impact in a fast-growing and exciting industry.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for our new AI-powered translation solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our technology.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our AI solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in AI and translation technology.

Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on AI-powered software or solutions.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience in the language technology or localization industry is a strong plus (not essential).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region are a plus.
