Senior Business Development Manager

At Vantive, our mission is simple but powerful: Extending Lives. Expanding Possibilities.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help shape the future of renal care across NHS England. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare transformation, market access, and strategic account management, partnering with senior NHS stakeholders to expand access to home dialysis and improve outcomes for people living with kidney disease.

If you're energised by influencing decision-makers, creating new opportunities, and driving meaningful change across complex healthcare systems, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact while accelerating your own career.

Why This Role Matters

Home dialysis is a growing national priority. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping NHS organisations turn ambition into action by developing sustainable, patient-centred pathways that allow more people to receive treatment at home.

  • Working with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Kidney Networks, commissioners, clinical leaders, and senior NHS decision-makers, you'll identify opportunities, remove barriers to change, and help deliver solutions that improve both patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
  • This is far more than account management. It's about influencing strategy, shaping healthcare delivery, and helping extend lives and expand possibilities for patients across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
