About Codurance
Codurance is a software delivery consultancy that partners with technology and engineering leaders to build, modernise and scale the software that underpins their business. A significant part of our client base is private equity-backed: we help CTOs and boards de-risk technical due diligence, stabilise and integrate engineering after acquisition, and build the delivery capability and platforms that support growth and exit readiness.
The role
We're hiring a hunter, not a farmer. This role owns new-business generation end-to-end, building and converting a qualified pipeline and signing new business contract value through consultative, value-led selling to CTOs and boards. You'll be measured on the pipeline you generate, how well you convert it, and the contract value you close.
Sales experience and the ability to sell consultatively at CTO and board level matter far more than sector background. That said, many of our clients are private equity-backed, so an understanding of the PE lifecycle or experience selling into PE-backed businesses is a genuine benefit, not a requirement.
What you'll do
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
